Not every communication challenge needs more activity. Very often, what is needed first is a clearer view. Of what a company actually wants to say. Of how visibility should be built. Of which structures can support it. And of whether what becomes visible on the outside is really supported on the inside.
That is where I work.
I support brands, companies and decision-makers in communication work that asks for more than execution. Not as an extra pair of hands, but with a strategic perspective, a feel for people and an eye for structures that have to work beyond the slide deck.
Positioning & Communication
When messaging becomes unclear, topics start running alongside each other, or a company is putting a lot out into the world without becoming recognisable, communication quickly turns into hard work. For the business itself and for the people it wants to reach.
I help sharpen positioning and communication so that there is a clearer sense of direction again. What does the company stand for. How does it want to speak. What should become visible. And what of that can actually be carried in day-to-day reality.
Visibility & Content
Visibility is easy to produce and difficult to build well. I am not interested in pushing out as much content as possible. I am interested in whether content has a recognisable line, fits the brand and creates something meaningful with the people it is meant for.
I work with companies to shape formats, themes and content in a way that does not feel like constant output for the sake of being present, but like communication that knows who it is.
Workshops, Moderation & Sparring
Some topics cannot simply be delegated. They need space, good questions and someone who can bring structure to complex conversations.
I design workshops, moderate conversations and work with teams and decision-makers in sparring settings when communication, positioning or visibility need to be rethought. Not to rush through a process, but to make sure something useful comes out of it.
Speaking & Appearances
I am also available for talks, panels, conversations and stage formats around communication, visibility, brand leadership, social media, and the connection between people, structure and public perception.
For me, speaking is not a separate discipline. It is an extension of the same work in a different format. The point is not just to analyse a topic, but to frame it in a way that people can actually take something from.
Structures & Collaboration
What looks like a communication issue often only has something to do with communication at the edges. More often, the real question sits somewhere else. In responsibilities that are unclear. In processes that do not support the work. Or in the way people and teams actually work together.
That is why I never think about communication separately from the structures in which it is created. In companies with many topics, many stakeholders and grown complexity, that often makes the difference.
How I Work
I like to work strategically and pragmatically at the same time. I am not interested in concepts that look good on paper but do not hold up in practice. Good communication needs direction, credibility and people who can stand behind it.
AI is part of that reality now. Not as a substitute for thinking or responsibility, but as a tool that can make preparation easier, improve processes and open up new possibilities. The human part remains essential.
